Widener University’s nationally-recognized School of Engineering invites you to a free virtual forum to explore the world of engineering.
High school seniors who are interested in pursuing an engineering degree are invited to register now to learn more about the different engineering disciplines, internship and co-op opportunities, career pathways, and more.
The forum agenda will consist of three breakout sessions featuring faculty, students, and alumni:
1. Join faculty as they broadcast live from Widener’s biomedical, chemical, civil, electrical, mechanical, and robotics labs to give you an inside look at the state-of-the-art-facilities.
2. Hear from current engineering students on life an as undergraduate engineering major including coursework, co-ops and internships, and research opportunities.
3. Interact with a panel of recent alumni to learn more about the engineering job market and career opportunities.
Parents Forum option: An optional parents program will be hosted by university administrators on engineering academics, the transition to college, the admissions process, and financial aid options. The parents program will run concurrently to the above agenda.
